3. User Responsibilities
As a user of PantryPages, you are responsible for:

YOU VOLUNTARILY CHOOSE TO SHARE CONTENT WITH PANTRYPAGES. You are solely and entirely responsible for:
- The recipe URLs you voluntarily choose to process
- Ensuring you have the legal right to access and process such content
- All consequences of processing third-party content
- Verifying the accuracy and safety of all processed recipe data
- Any health, safety, or legal issues arising from recipe use
Third-Party Rights
You must ensure that you have permission to share content from third-party websites. This includes respecting:

Content Usage and Restrictions
Content processed through PantryPages is intended for personal use only. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE VOLUNTARILY SHARING THIRD-PARTY CONTENT and agree not to use the app to:

Personal Use and User Liability
Processed content is for your personal recipe management only. YOU ARE SOLELY LIABLE for any redistribution, sale, or commercial use of processed content. PantryPages disclaims all responsibility for your use of processed content.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE: You are voluntarily using PantryPages to process third-party content and accept full responsibility for all consequences of such use.
5. Intellectual Property
PantryPages and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PantryPages and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Privacy and Data

7. Comprehensive Disclaimers

- That processed content will be accurate, complete, safe, or reliable
- That recipe data, ingredients, or instructions are correct or safe to use
- That nutritional information or allergen data is accurate

- That processing will work with any website formats
- That data will be preserved or recoverable
- That the service will continue to be available

8. Maximum Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANTRYPAGES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER arising from or related to your use of the app, including but not limited to:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Health problems, food poisoning, or allergic reactions from recipe use
- Data loss, corruption, or inability to access processed recipes
- Inaccurate recipe content, measurements, or cooking instructions

MAXIMUM LIABILITY CAP: In no event shall PantryPages' total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the app (if any). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU USE PANTRYPAGES VOLUNTARILY AND AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
9. User Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO FULLY INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS PantryPages, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your voluntary use of the app and content processing
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
- Your processing of third-party content without proper authorization
- Any health, safety, or legal issues from your use of processed recipes
- Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
- Your sharing of content with PantryPages
- Any consequences of inaccurate or harmful recipe content
This indemnification obligation survives termination of these Terms and your use of the app.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: You expressly assume all risks associated with using processed recipe content, including but not limited to health risks, safety risks, legal risks, and financial risks.
NO ENDORSEMENT: PantryPages does not endorse, verify, or recommend any processed recipe content. All content is processed mechanically without human review or validation.
SEVERABILITY: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
